Which thickness should I choose?
As a guide, a 60 µm mailer holds about 3 kg and an 80 µm mailer about 5 kg. We manufacture from 60 to 100 µm.
And for a fragile item?
Choose a bubble envelope: 80 µm plastic lined with 10/4 bubble film, or 90 g/m² kraft with 10/4 bubbles.
How do I calculate the size?
Length = length of the product + its thickness. Width = width of the product + its thickness + 1 cm.
Can the envelope be reopened?
No: the flap is sealed with a permanent adhesive. To open it, you have to tear it, which reduces the risk of theft.
Can you print our logo?
Yes, in 1 to 4 colours. You receive a print proof before production.
What are your prices?
They depend on the model, size, printing and quantity. We give them on quotation.
Do you offer paper or kraft envelopes?
Yes: kraft bubble envelope, foam-lined kraft envelope, large-format kraft bubble mailer, kraft paper envelope without bubbles and agricultural-fibre envelope. Specifications and prices on quotation.
What does “envelopes in bundles” mean?
The envelopes are delivered grouped in bundles rather than individually. The number of envelopes per bundle is set in the quotation.
What about Tyvek envelopes?
Their specifications and prices are provided on request, by email.
Are the envelopes recyclable?
Plastic envelopes and plastic bubble envelopes are made entirely of polyethylene, a recyclable material. Kraft bubble envelopes are made of kraft paper and polyethylene, both recyclable.
